Contracting with businesses of all sizes across the UK to support strategic, operational and transformational projects, linked to both business and people strategies.

We work on varying projects from developing company policies and handbooks to large scale initiatives over varying periods of time.  We can act as your HR Department or be an extension of your HR team on site or remotely.  We’re here to tackle your HR to-do list, no matter how big or small.

People initiatives are vast, and we have experience of successful delivery across the colleague life cycle, which usually starts with attraction, recruitment and onboarding through to separation and everything in between including development, retention and employee relations.

We thoroughly enjoy these assignments as it gives us flexibility and opportunities to work with different businesses on a range of topics. We are passionate about all things people and have vast experience in areas such as organisation design and development including restructures and redundancies, developing and delivering learning programmes for HR and people leaders, introducing performance management frameworks and systems and recruitment of internal HR teams to name a few.

Interim/Fractional HR Director

It’s frequently asked what do Interim or Fractional HR Directors do and what benefits can they bring?

Not every business needs a full time HR Director but many could do with the strategic guidance that comes with having one.  We offer this service on a part time or interim basis providing strategic HR support and offering expert skills and knowledge on a fractional basis.

A fractional HR Director provides exactly what the organisation needs, including HR guidance to business owners and board teams or being involved in key commercial decisions that impact your business and colleagues.

If you are a growing business, considering whether you can justify a permanent HR Director expense or even waiting for a newly appointed HR Director to commence, this is a great service to meet your short-term needs.  The flexibility of fractional HR allows it to be used for a wide range of situations and it can also assist with longer-term HR strategies, operating just like a member of your leadership team but for a short period of time.

We have worked in strategic HR Leadership roles, reporting to CEO’s and MD’s and have played key roles in senior leadership teams and we are therefore an excellent choice for a fractional or interim HR Director appointment.

Leadership & Management development

We specialise in HR and leadership/management development for HR professionals, business leaders and people managers. We develop and deliver bespoke programmes for clients and also offer ‘off the shelf’ solutions aimed at internal HR colleagues or managers without HR support who can easily deliver themselves with remote support if needed.

We specialise in MBTI, short for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, that is a widely used personality assessment tool based on Carl Jung’s theories. In summary this tool categorises individuals into one of 16 personality types, providing insights into their preferences in four dimensions: extraversion/introversion, sensing/intuition, thinking/feeling, and judging/perceiving.

MBTI is commonly used for personal development, career counselling, and team building and we can provide numerous examples of one to one and team development that has been customised to the business needs.

We also use the GC Index® with businesses going through change, it measures and describes five different ways in which people are inclined to make an impact and contribution.

It provides a language and framework for people that is simple, effective and outcome driven.

It is scalable, reliable and adaptable, but most of all it creates a level playing field where everyone can contribute and make a positive impact.

HR Advice & Support

We offer small to medium sized businesses, who do not have an HR team in place either a one off or a retained employment advice service.

Employment law changes frequently and it’s essential that businesses adhere to the law to eliminate risks and potential costs of tribunal claims.

It may be that you need a colleague handbook, a suite of people policies, contracts of employment or day to day advice, and we can be your expert partner at the fraction of the cost of a HR Manager.
