I have been fortunate enough to be mentored by the wonderful, Lindsay Muers on some key HR themes, namely performance management and absence management. Lindsay really took the time and space to get to know me and where my areas for improvement were so we could develop some goals for our mentoring relationship, she then structured a plan for me on how we could work together to achieve those goals.
