The business was founded by Lindsay Muers, a fellow member of the professional body, CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development) she has almost 30 years of HR and leadership experience and a proven track record of advising C-Suite and business leaders. Lindsay has delivered operational and transformational projects and everything in between, across a diverse range of sectors.
